Borah, learned counsel for the opposite party/writ petitioner. By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for impleadment as respondent No. 4 in the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 4627/2025. The opposite party/writ petitioner has challenged the rejection of his technical bid pursuant to the NIT dated 27.06.2025 for appointment as Handling and Transport Contractor for transportation of food grains in respect of Biswanath District for Tier-I and Tier-II. The bid of the applicant has been found responsive in the financial bid evaluation and vide order dated 12.08.2025, the applicant has been awarded the above contract pursuant to the said NIT dated 27.06.2025. Having considered that the applicant has been awarded the contract pursuant to the NIT dated 27.06.2025 and the challenge made in the connected writ petition is to the rejection of technical bid of the opposite party/writ petition, I am of the view that the applicant is a necessary party in the Page No.# 3/3 connected proceedings. Accordingly, the applicant is impleaded as party respondent No. 4 in the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 4627/2025. The interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
