Learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition by order dated 9.1.2025, after observing that since the Committee of Management has now been recognised by the Vice Chancellor under Section 2(13) of the Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act,1973, as such the proposal for taking action against the appellant is now required to be examined on merits. 2. The previous proposal of the Committee of Management against the appellant was not accorded consideration only on the ground that the Management was not recognised. Once the Management is recognised, the University will now have to pass afresh order. This is what has precisely been directed to be done by the learned Single Judge. 3. In that view of the matter, we do not find any ground to interfere with the judgment of learned Single Judge. 4. This appeal fails and is dismissed.
