[2] By the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for a limited prayer of considering the representation dated 25.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner to the Secretary (Transport), Govt. of Manipur regarding extensions of the tenure of the contract. [3] The learned GA for the State respondents submits that the terms of the agreement between the petitioner and State Govt. is 1(one) year and it is already expired. [4] However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contract cannot be enforced as Airport Authority of India has denied the access to the petitioner and it is submitted that the writ petition can be disposed of by issuing a direction to the Secretary (Transport), Govt. of Manipur to consider the pending representation dated 25.06.2025 considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner.
