In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has complained non compliance of order dated 14.02.2020 in terms whereof, the respondents upon disposal of the petition came to be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of post facto sanction to his qualification of graduation and thus grant him pay scale of the same strictly in accordance with rules. 2. The respondents/contemnors have filed the compliance report on 03.04.2025 wherein at para 7 have stated that the case of the petitioner is considered in compliance to the order passed by this Court and pay of the petitioner came to be re-fixed and entered into his Service Book. A consideration order is also stated to have been passed in this regard. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid specific stand taken by the respondents/contemnors, seemingly the respondents have complied with order of this Court, necessitating the closure of the contempt petition. 4.
