[2] By the present petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the demarcation proceeding being Demarcation Case No. 152/SDC/IW(C)-I and notice dated 17.12.2025 for conducting demarcation on 27.12.2025. [3] The matter was listed on 23.12.2025 before the vacation bench and directed to be listed today. [4] By the present petition, the petitioner is challenging the demarcation proceeding and notice dated 17.12.2025. However, at this stage, Mr. H. Debendra, learned Dy. A.G., submits that the writ petition is not maintainable in the present form and there is no remedy in MLR & LR Act, 1960. [5] Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
