Respondent has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the applicants have been paid arrears of salary of the post of Headmaster as they are working as In-charge Headmaster. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ Court has been complied with but he is apprehending that in future whether the applicants will get the salary of the post of Headmaster while functioning as Officiating Headmaster. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that till the applicants would be permitted to continue as an Officiating Headmaster, they will be paid salary of the post of Headmaster. As such, the judgment and order passed by the writ Court has been complied with. In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
