Heard Shri Pratyush Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Akbar Ahmad, the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged the validity of a recovery notice dated 22.08.2025 issued in consequent to a default committed by the petitioner in repaying the amount of loan taken from U.P. Sahakari Gram Vikas Bank Ltd. but the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his submission for being provided the facility of repaying the amount of loan in easy installments. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid limited submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, it is provided that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.60,000/- towards repayment of loan to the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. Upon which the respondents shall give a revised payment schedule to the petitioner for repaying the loan in four equal quarterly installments. 5. In case the petitioner repays the amount as per the revised schedule, no recovery proceedings shall be taken against him. 6. In case the petitioner commits any default in payment of any installment, the benefit of this order shall not be available to the petitioner. 7. The writ petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid order.
