Learned Special Government Pleader appears on behalf of the first and second respondents. He submits that the petitioner’s objections would be 3/8 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.22053 of 2025 considered in terms of Rules 54 and 55 of the Registration Rules if instruments of conveyances relating to the above mentioned property are presented for registration. He submits further that a request for an omnibus direction to restrain registration of such conveyances is not tenable. 3. The petitioner has submitted representations setting out the objections and reasons for seeking a restraint on the registration of conveyances relating to the property described earlier. Therefore, if and when instruments of conveyance relating to the said property are presented for registration, the second respondent shall consider such objections in terms of Rules 54 and 55 of the Registration Rules before a decision is taken on the registration of the instrument concerned.
