Pass such other/further order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interests of justice and equity. 3. The petitioners in W.P.No.50424/2017 are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to quash the Determination dated 29.06.2017 bearing No. G.No.J/ADJ/185/2016-17 at Annexure-A issued by the 1st Respondent to the petitioner. b. Pass such other/further order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interests of justice and equity. 4. The learned counsel for the Petitioner/s has filed Memos for withdrawal in each of the above petitions. The same reads as under:- Memo for Withdrawal The Counsel for the petitioner humbly submits as follows: 01. It is submitted that the petitioner herein has filed present writ petition challenging the opinion/determination dated 29.06.2017 of the District - 6 - NC: 2025:KHC:13931 WP No. 50426 of 2017 C/W WP No. 47428 of 2017 WP No. 50424 of 2017 Register. The petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the determination is simply an expression of opinion, the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the petition any further. 02. The petitioner however withdraws the petition with liberty to initiate any proceedings should there be any demand or claim from any of the statutory authorities pursuant to the opinion/determination dated 29.06.2017. All contentions in this regard may be left open for consideration, accordingly. Wherefore, it is humbly prayed that this memo may be taken on record, and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for above, in the interests of justice and equity. 5. Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner/s and the memos for withdrawal of the petitions, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Liberty has been sought for by the Petitioner/s to question any future demand. 7. No such liberty is required to be granted. If any future demand is made, the same would be a fresh cause of action.
