Petitioner is the husband who is facing a complaint, inter alia, under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. Complaint discloses commission of cognizable offence. 3. Police filed charge sheet. 4. It cannot be said that the complaint or the charge sheet does not disclose commission of cognizable offence. 5. In such circumstances, I find no ground to quash the complaint as against the petitioner. 6. CRR 1548 of 2025 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
