Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Page No.# 2/3 State. 2. By this application, the petitioner has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Laluk P.S Case No. 145/2025 registered under Section 126(2)/118(2)/109(1)/74/351(3)/3(5) of B.N.S, 2023(Corresponding to G.R Case No. 679/2025). 3. The F.I.R dated 26.07.2025, lodged by the victim reveals that the petitioner had attacked the informant while the informant was on his way back from the market and had stabbed him multiple time in his hand, face and back with sharp weapons. 4. Vide order dated 28.08.2025, the petitioner was granted interim bail. 5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that in the meantime, charge-sheet has been submitted upon completion of investigation. 6. The learned counsel for the petitioner presses before the Court, the order passed by this Court on 22.08.2025 in B.A No. 2591/2025, granting regular bail to four accused persons in which the submission of the prosecution was recorded that the medical report revealed simple injury. 7. Keeping this aspect in mind and considering the completion of the investigation, the interim bail granted on 28.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall be available during the trial ; ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with Page No.# 3/3 evidence. 8. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
