Mahto, A.P.P. --- 03 / 17.09.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 181 of 2025 arising out of Chanho P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 80/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, but charge has been framed under section 103/3(5) and 80(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The case is pending in the court of learned A.J.C.-VI, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner happens to be the sister-in-law of the deceased Kajal Kumari who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home within two years of her marriage. 4. It was submitted that apart from ligature mark, there was no mark of violence on the body of the deceased. It was further submitted that the husband of the deceased has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 4640 of 2025 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-VI, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
