Notice. Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner’s grievance is to the office order dated 28.05.2025 that transfers him from Government Boys Senior Secondary School, Hamirpur to Government Senior Secondary School, Tauni Devi, District Hamirpur, H.P. vice respondent No.3. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has urged certain grounds for assailing the impugned transfer order. Learned counsel, however, fairly admitted that the transfer order stands implemented & the petitioner and respondent No.3 have joined at their respective transferred places. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has preferred a representation on 03.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances against the impugned transfer order, however, the same has not been decided by the said respondent. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, respondent No.2/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation, in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. Having regard to the above submissions, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable policy, within a period of two weeks from today.
