Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application is filed seeking for modification/rectification of the operative portion of the order dated 08.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12666 of 2025. On perusal of the application and the order of this Court dated 08.05.2025, this Court is of the considered opinion, the modification/rectification as sought by the petitioner is not pursuant to any typographical mistake or any other mistake on the part of this Court. This Court made an order with caution basing upon the evidence filed along with the writ petition. Therefore, the relief as claimed by the petitioner in this application cannot be granted.
