The present application has been filed seeking setting aside the order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Gonda in Special Case No.556 of 2025, Ram Gopal Gautam Vs. Bajrangee Yadav, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Gonda. 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, states that in pursuance of the impugned order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the Special Judge,(SC/ST Act) Gonda, FIR bearing No.0544 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 329, 352, 304(2), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act has been registered today i.e. 02.12.2025 at 13.51 Hrs at Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Gonda against the applicant. He has also brought a copy of the FIR, which is taken on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present application has become infructuous. It is accordingly rejected as such.
