Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging order dated 28.07.2025 to the extent it directs the Chief Treasury Officer, Raebareilly to recover amount from pension of petitioner on a monthly basis after calculating the alleged excess amount as per revised pension of petitioner redetermined vide order dated 28.07.2025. Further prayer for a direction to opposite parties not to make any recovery from pension of petitioner in pursuance of impugned order and for refund of the recovered amount of pension has also been made. 3. Mr. V. K. Bajpai, learned State has been provided written instructions dated 29.11.2025, which are taken on record and as per which it has been stated that the impugned order was incorrectly issued and has thereafter been withdrawn vide order dated 29.11.2025. 4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vijay Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ramesh Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. P.W.D. Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) since impugned order dated 28.07.2025 has already been withdrawn by the opposite parties themselves. The concerned authorities are directed to refund the recovered amount to petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authorities. 5.
