The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a prayer for direction being issued to the Additional District and Sessions Judge, SC/ST Court No.2, Sultanpur to expedite the hearing of S.T. No.290 of 2020, Criminal Misc. Case No.53 of 2020 (State vs. Babloo @ SushilKumar Mishra and Others), pending before the Additional District & Sessions Judge, SC/ST Court No.2, Sultanpur expeditiously and in a stipulated time. 3. Submission of the counsel for the applicant is that the aforesaid case is pending since 2020 and five years have passed but, no substantial progress has taken place on the said application. 4. After going through the record, the order sheet reveals that charges have not been framed and trial is pending since 2020. 5. In view of the aforesaid fact, I hereby direct the aforesaid concerned Magistrate, before whom the aforesaid case is pending, to decide the same expeditiously from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
