In view of such statement made the bar, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial Court concerned that if such document or evidence is placed on record, the trial Court concerned to consider the same in accordance with the law. It is, however, clarified that nothing sort of any such material to show that any such documents has been produced before the learned trial Court concerned though it is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner. If no such document is produced then it would not be construed that such permission to produce on record the document is granted and the learned trial Court concerned to proceed further in accordance with the law.
