Heard learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. It appears that by an order dated 28.11.2025, authorities had directed demolition of the area in question. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that they have already carried out the demolition pursuant to the said order. 4. In light of the same, he submits that there is no further need for them to carry out further demolition which is being apprehended on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner. 5. We are of the view that the present writ petition has been filed in an incorrect manner, as the order dated 28.11.2025 which directs demolition has not been challenged in the writ petition. 6. Further, keeping in view the issue at hand, we dispose of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate court/forum/authority to challenge the order passed under Section 67 of the U.P.
