Sri Garun Pal Singh, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist, after arguing at some length, has submitted that the revisionist wants to withdraw this criminal revision. He further submits that this Court may provide that if the revisionist appears before the trial court and applies for bail, his application for bail may be considered and decided expeditiously, in light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in its judgment rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825. 2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3. It is provided that if the revisionist appears before the trial court and files application for bail, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously as per law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in its judgment rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
