Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Special Court, N.I. Act, Lucknow to decide the Complaint Case no.48832 of 2020 filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Hasanganj, District Lucknow. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since the year 2020. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that under Section 143(3) of the N.I. Act, it is provided that every trial under this Section shall be conducted as expeditiously as possible and an endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of filing of the complaint. He has submitted that since long time, the case is pending without substantial progress. 4.
