Instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents to conduct fair and proper investigation of F.I.R/Case Crime no. 0326/2025, U/s 191(2)/191 (3)/ 115 (2)/352/351 (3) BNS 2023, Police Station Baldirai, District Sultanpur with a further prayer to transfer the investigation of the aforesaid crime to some other independent agency. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of instructions dated 16.12.2025 sent by Sri Chandra Shekhar Sonkar, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Baldirai, District Sultanpur, states that a charge dated 18.11.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority. 4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to him under law. December 16, 2025 V.
