Mr. Sandeep Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that non-appearance was unintentional and was due to non-marking of the cause-list. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that he will appear in this case, if the same is restored. 4. Considering the statements made in this petition as well as submission of the counsel for the petitioner(s), I am inclined to allow this C.M.P. Accordingly, the same is allowed. 5.
