With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. The petitioner is serving as Ayurvedic Medical Officer at AHC Garola, Sub Division Bharmour, District Chamba, H.P. He preferred a representation on 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) followed by another representation dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.1 seeking his transfer to a soft area of his choice on 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 completion of requisite tenure at the tribal area. Petitioner’s grievance is that his said representations have not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today.
