By this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of the name of the petitioner in the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in BA No. 881/2025 in page No.4, Para No. 13 where the name of the petitioner is Page No.# 2/2 wrongly typed as “Sandip Das Ansari” instead of correct name “Sandip Das”. Mr. S. Rahman, learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently a typographical error has been crept in the order dated 18.08.2025 passed in BA No. 881/2025 in page No.4, Para No. 13, where the name of the petitioner is wrongly typed as “Sandip Das Ansari” instead of correct name “Sandip Das”. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and considering the grounds cited in the petition, the prayer for correction, as sought for by the applicant, is allowed. Accordingly, the name of the petitioner in para 13 of the bail petition stands corrected and be read as “Sandip Das” in place of “Sandip Das Ansari”. Necessary correction be made accordingly. This order shall be read together with order dated 18.08.2025 passed in BA No. 881/2025. With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
