I find merit in the argument of learned counsel for petitioner that impugned order is in the teeth of judgment passed by Full Bench which is followed by this Court in Dr. Jai Prakash Narayan Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others, 2014 0 Supreme (All) 1307, that petitioner's claim for the salary of post of Principal, working as Officiating Principal cannot be rejected, therefore, impugned order dated 23.01.2025 is set aside and legal consequent shall follow and respondent will pay salary to petitioner in terms of post of Principal. The concerned respondent is put on caution that he will not pass an order which is in the teeth of above referred judgment. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 3.3.2025 P.
