The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 15.4.2022 passed by Additinal Civil Judge (Jr. Division) / Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Mathura in Misc. Case No. Nil of 2024 (State v. Gudda alias Chandrapal and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 212 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 325 and 308 of IPC, P.S. Mahavan, District Mathura, where by the notice has been issued against the opposite party no. 8 prior to taking cognizance. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
