1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State. Whereas, not one has put in appearance on behalf of the informant. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.353 of 2024 under Sections 376(3), 323, 506, 341 IPC and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(V) of SC/ST Act, P.S.- Kamlapur, District- Sitapur. 3. It has been contented that the FIR in question was lodged through an application filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. on 04.11.2023, alleging that on 16.10.2023 when the daughter of the informant, aged about 14 years, had gone out of home, the applicant committed wrong with her. It is further argued that the medico-legal report does not corroborate with the allegation leveled in the FIR. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5.
