At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant be permitted to withdraw present application with liberty to file a fresh, as there are inherent mistakes in present application which cannot be cured even by filing a supplementary affidavit or an amendment application. He, therefore, submits that present application be dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid. Learned A.G.A. and the learned counsel for first informant/opposite party-2 do not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for applicant. In view of above, the application is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to file fresh. Interim order if any, stands vacated. Certified copies of the documents appended along with this application shall be returned to the learned counsel for applicant after obtaining photo copies of the same to be kept on record.
