However proceedings pursuant to the declaration as the highest bidder have not been issued. Seeking issuance of the said proceedings, the petitioner has filed a representation, dated 21.04.2025. 4. Having regard to the contentions advanced, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with law. 5.
