Mahila Thana, District Ambedkar Nagar which have been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that the charge-sheet no. A-136/23 dated 31.12.2023 has been filed in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.) (Crime against women), District Ambedkar Nagar on 10.07.2024, thus this petition has lost its efficacy. 4. The matter was also referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this but the mediation had failed. 5. In view of the above and the fact that on the basis of the material evidence collected during investigation, charge-sheet has been filed by the police and the petitioners have remedies against the said charge-sheet, no purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending. 6.
