The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.4 to investigate the matte in time bound manner and to submit final report before the concerned Court in Crime No.66/2020 of respondent No.4 - Police Station. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with utmost care. 4. AGA on instructions submits that the investigation is completed in respect of Crime No.66/2020 and the B-report has been filed on 12.08.2021 and the same was accepted by - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:7161 WP No. 5834 of 2021 the concerned Court on 31.08.2021, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition. AGA therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by AGA is placed on record. 5. Because of completion of the investigation, filing of the B-report and the acceptance by the concerned Court on 31.08.2021, nothing survives for consideration as of today. 6.
