ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 in conducting the enquiry against the Respondent No. 4 for not conducting enquiry and investigation basing on the petitioner statement in Medico Legal Case No. 83/20, dated 04-08-2020 in Government Area Hospital, Gudivada is bad, illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, contrary and violation of principle of natural justice and to pass.…”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on receipt of petition of the petitioner, the then, Tahsildar, Kalidindi Mandal, addressed the Inspector of Legal Metrology for taking necessary action. Thereafter, a crime has been registered against one Katreddy Ramesh in crime No.174 of 2020 under Section 188 of IPC and also registered total 9 cases under Sections 270, 273 of IPC and Sections 22, 24(1) of COTPA Act against the sellers of prohibited Pan, Gutka and tobacco products in Kalidindi Mandal, beside total 120 cases under Section 188 of IPC and Section 3 of Epidemic Disease Act against the violators of Covid Guidelines in Kalidindi Police Station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.

4. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
