Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned counsel for respondent no.4 and learned AGA for the State-respondents. 2. The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 18.01.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0042 of 2025 under Sections- 69, 89, 123, 318(4), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S. Police Station-Shikohabad, District- Firozabad. 3. There are allegations against the petitioner of committing the offence of rape on false promise of marriage against the respondent no.4. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is a retired Circle Officer of police and he has been falsely implicated in this case by respondent no.4 only to compel him marry her. 5. Learned AGA and learned counsel for informant have vehemently opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has victimized the respondent no.4. Earlier promised her to marry, but later he has resiled from his commitment. In the writ petition very foul language has been used by the petitioner against the respondent no.4 6. For the reasons given in the judgment of this Court dated 10.07.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ petition No. 7463 of 2024 (Shobit Nehra And Another Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others) the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that that till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.,the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the First Information Report, subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation.
