(Domestic Violence), Sultanpur, as well as impugned order dated 19/08/2025 passed in the said case. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application at this stage, rather, he wants to pursue the case before the court below. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the submission made. In view of the above, this application is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
