No.40036 of 2014 set aside the order of grant which had been made in favour of the petitioner and the respondent and the matter was remanded for fresh consideration. 2. This writ petition is filed challenging the revenue entries that were made on the basis of the said order of grant. Since the grant order itself has been quashed and the matter has been remanded, it was obvious that the impugned order cannot be sustained and the same is accordingly quashed. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:13361 WP No. 52012 of 2017 3. It is made clear that the revenue entries will be made subject to the order that would be passed on the remand made in W.P. No.40036 of 2014. 4. Since the entries were made on the basis of the orders of grant and since the orders of grant have now been set aside, the entries shall stand as it stood before the passing of the order by the Land Tribunal and the entries will accordingly be mutated subject to the decision rendered pursuant to the order of remand passed in W.P. No.40036 of 2014. 5. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6. In view of the disposal of the petition, all pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
