Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30373 of 2025, dated 07.11.2025, is modified to the effect that “the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of EC Act cases and NDPS Act Cases, Salem.” 4.
