CMP No. 30813 of 2025 The present application has been filed for condoning the delay in refiling the application. In view of the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed and the delay in refiling is condoned. The application is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 30810 of 2025 The present application under Order 32 Rule 12(2) of CPC read with Section 151 of CPC, for discharging natural guardian has been filed by applicant/respondent No. 3. Along with application, copy of birth certificate dated 11.12.2006 has been placed on record. A perusal of the same clearly depicts that applicant/respondent No. 3 was born on 16.11.2006. Since applicant has attained majority, the application is allowed and he is permitted to pursue the litigation in his personal capacity, after discharging the natural guardian. The application is accordingly disposed of. CMP No. 30812 of 2025 By way of the present application, applicant/respondent No. 3, namely Aman Kumar, has prayed for release of compensation amount. Since the appeal has been decided on 31.05.2023, the amount falling to the share of the applicant/respondent No. 3 along with up to date interest is ordered to be released in his favour by remitting the same into his Bank account, detail whereof is given in para No. 4 of the application. It is made clear that before remitting the amount in the account of applicant, the account number supplied by the applicant/respondent No. 3 may be verified.
