By the present writ petition, the petitioner, is seeking direction towards the respondents for consideration of the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Grade-III from the post of Peon for which he has submitted a representation before the Chief Medical & health Officer, District Balod on 19.02.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the petitioner is working as peon from 27.03.2015 and he is eligible for promotion. He further submits that he has submitted a representation before 3 the Chief Medical & health Officer, District Balod on 19.02.2024, raising his grievance, but till date the same has not been decided. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the petitioner is entitled for promotion and fulfill the prescribed criteria then he may approach the concerned authority by filing a fresh representation and the same will be considered in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned State counsel, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority and in case of filing of such representation, the concerned authority is directed to decide the same in accordance with law. 5.
