This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioner has sought for the following substantial relief:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties commanding/directing the opposite party no.3 to grant permission to the petitioner to open and run the games of skill, such as Poker and Rummy and any other games of skill, for which representations dated 06.08.2025 and 29.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner are still pending." 3. We are of the view that the respondent No.3 should decide the representations dated 06.08.2025 and 29.10.2025 in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4.
