Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Hardoi to decide Case No.375 of 2013, State Vs. Shahid Ali and another, arising out of Case Crime No.189 of 2001, under Sections 408 and 420 IPC, Police Station Beniganj, District Hardoi, which is pending since 2001, within a time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though charge has been framed on 16.07.2008, but there is no substantial progress in the case. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
