The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kasmar P.S. Case No.25 of 2025, for the offence registered under sections 126(2)/115(2)/75/109/303(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, at Tenughat. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the petitioners have lodged Kasmar P.S. Case no.26 of 2025 on the same day and there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the injury is simple in nature. He submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent s disclosed in paragraph no.11. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there against the petitioners. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and the petitioners have lodged Kasmar P.S. Case no.26 of 2025 on the same day and there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners as well as the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, at Tenughat, in connection with Kasmar P.S. Case No.25 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). 7. This petition is disposed of. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) SI/
