Heard Mr. M.A Mondal, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, namely, 1. Nasir Ali @ Md. Nasir and 2. Sajahan Ali @ Saju has prayed for bail in connection with Kokrajhar P.S Case No. 182/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/140(3)/117(2)/74/76/ 308(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. It appears from the injury report that only physical assault had taken place but no grievous injury is indicated. In the meantime, the accused persons have already spent 33 days behind the bars and therefore, further custodial detention is not considered necessary. Accordingly, prayer for bail is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are allowed to go on bail of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only each with two sureties each of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Court of learned CJM, Kokrajhar with following conditions: (i) That the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the I.O as and when called for; Page No.# 3/3 (ii) That the petitioners shall not hamper the investigation or tamper with the evidence. (iii) That the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person who may be acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts of the case before the Investigating Officer; 5.
