Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to inspection of the petitioner’s college for Academic Session 2024-25, orders have been passed by the Registrar of the Rajasthan University of Health and Sciences vide letter dated 26.04.2025, but till date the inspection has not been done by the Inspector for the aforesaid academic session. Learned counsel submits that, in the meantime, the petitioner submitted an application before the Registrar, Rajasthan University of Health and Sciences for conducting the inspection for the subsequent Academic Session 2025-26 also by writing a letter dated 28.04.2025, but no order has been passed on the said application. Learned counsel submits that, during one visit, inspection of both [2025:RJ-JP:19431] (2 of 2) [CW-7143/2025] Academic Sessions 2024-25 and 2025-26 can be done, therefore, appropriate directions be issued to the respondent. 2. Considering the aforesaid limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent-University to decide the application filed by the petitioner dated 28.04.2025 in accordance with law. 3.
