Counsel Sri.Devi Prasad Shetty., on instructions submits that the Writ Petition may be disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make an application as per the present scheme for installation of Solar Roof Top Photo Voltaic - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6912 WP No. 53674 of 2016 (SRTPV) system scheme. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make an application as per the present scheme for installation of Solar Roof Top Photo Voltaic (SRTPV) system scheme.
