An Amendment application (IA No. 3 of 2025) has been filed stating that at the time of filing of present application, charges were not framed, therefore, the order of framing of charges was not challenged before this Court. The matter was compounded on 20.02.2025. 4. Now, learned counsel for the applicant has filed Amendment Application praying that Section 149 IPC may also be compounded. 5. Learned State Counsel has not made any objection to the amendment application. 6. Accordingly, Amendment application (IA No. 3 of 2025) is allowed. 7. Consequently, modification application (MCRC No. 2 of 2025) is also allowed.
