Heard Mr. Curtis Collins, learned counsel for the petitioner as no one appears on behalf of respondents. 2. In this writ petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India petitioner has prayed for a limited relief for a direction to learned Family Court, (Link Court) Katghora, District Korba to decide the case pending before the said court within a period of three months. 3. Petitioner has preferred an application under Section 7 and 10 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. 4. The said proceeding is pending for more than one year. It has been urged before this Court that every petition under the said act is to be tried as expeditiously as possible, however, inspite of lapse of about more than one year, the proceedings has not shown sufficient progress, therefore a direction deserves to be issued to the learned Family Court for early disposal of the matter. 5. Considering the limited nature of prayer made in this writ petition and on perusal of the order sheet of the trial court and keeping in view the provision of Section 7 and 10 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court, (Link Court) Katghora, District Korba to 3 make all possible endeavor to dispose of the proceedings as early as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before the said Court. 6.
