The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the Additional Principal Judge, Court No.4, Family Court, Lucknow to decide Case No.1900 of 2024, Aradhana Yadav Vs. Sumit Yadav, under Section 144 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha sanhita, 2023, within a time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that case is pending since 2024 and there is no substantial progress in it. He, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournments. 5.
