The present third interim bail application has been filed by the accused-applicant under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 seeking interim bail to the accused-applicant to attend the marriage of his daughter, which is scheduled to be held on 11.05.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the marriage of daughter of the accused-applicant is scheduled to be held on 11.05.2025 and the learned Public Prosecutor was directed to verify the fact of marriage. 3. Learned Deputy Government Advocate along with learned Additional Government Advocate while vehemently opposing the interim bail application, submits the verification report dated 05.05.2025, according to which the marriage of Reema Kumari, [2025:RJ-JP:19272] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6100/2025] who is daughter of the accused-applicant is scheduled to be held on 11.05.2025. The report dated 05.05.2025 is taken on record. 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it proper to allow this third interim bail application filed by the accused-applicant. 5. Therefore, this third interim bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant-Jagdish Prasad S/o Kalyan Prasad be released on interim bail from 08.05.2025 to 15.05.2025. The concerned trial Court is directed to release the accused-applicant on interim bail for the above-mentioned period provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Court with the stipulation that after availing the interim bail till 15.05.2025, the accused-applicant shall surrender himself on 16.05.2025 (11.00 a.m.) before the concerned Jail Authorities, otherwise learned trial Court will be at liberty to take action against the accused-applicant.
