Heard Ms. Diksha Rani, learned counsel for the appellant and Mrs. Shweta Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 19.06.2025 passed in MCA No. 1469 of 2025 arising out of Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023 by Learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that the extremists had set fire on three hywas, grinder, roller, paver, tractor and motorcycle etc. and threatened the staff of the contractor to face dire consequences if levy amount not fulfilled. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated on the basis of disclosure made by some villagers. It has submitted that one of the co-accused namely Rajkeshwar Yadav @ Vinod Yadav has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 611 of 2024. Learned counsel further adds that appellant is languishing in jail since 22.08.2024. 5. Mrs. Shweta Singh, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 2025:JHHC:20330-DB Page | 2 6. Regard being had to entire facets of the case and the manner of implication of the appellant and the fact that the one of the co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court, we while setting aside the order dated 19.06.2025 passed in MCA No. 1469 of 2025 arising out of Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2023 passed by Learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau, direct the appellant to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau. 7.
